| The poem continues with several other verses, including ones that are specific to your special person or your special occasion. The pillow case is custom made from fabric chosen to reflect the uniqueness of your special person or occasion. You give us some ideas and we'll create the gift! The way it works... You tell us the occasion you are recognizing (birthday, friendship, first time away at camp, retirement, birth of a baby, death of a loved one, etc.) and we will write a personalized poem for it. The poem comes on a laminated card (approximately 5x8) decorated with fabric matching the pillow. Then you give us ideas for the theme of the custom pillow case. For example, if you are giving someone a birthday pillow, you may want butterflies because the recipient likes butterflies, or you may want a general design of blue and yellow because those are his/her favorite colors, or you may want it to actually say Happy Birthday or have birthday candles on it. If you are giving a pillow to someone whose mother has died, you may want rainbow fabric to represent hope, or hearts to represent love, or you may want gardening fabric because she loved to garden. Once you have selected your fabric theme, you need to decide if you want it to be realistic or non-realistic.
